If you think you may be a good fit for Flophouse and are interested in having us take care of your accommodation needs, including bookings, marketing, maintenance and management then please email photos and a brief description of the property to hello@flophouse.com.au with “new property enquiry” in the subject line. Take care to include outdoor areas as well as the interior and any special features. Please note, if you have previously listed your property on another booking platform or have recently purchased your property you are welcome to provide links to the photos used on the booking platform or realestate.com.au

Once we have received your email and photos we will be in touch to discuss our approach to working together with you to make your property a successful holiday rental. Established in 2013, Flop House is a unique, bespoke accommodation agency. We offer guests a choice of listings in the Central Victorian Uplands that have history and character with modern comforts and hotel style service. For owners we assist with the following:

  • Initial consultation to discuss getting your house ready for holiday letting

  • Property styling to present your house for holiday letting

  • Photography - we work with local photographer Simon Griffith

  • Development of a tailored marketing plan for your property

  • Property listing that will appear on our website and synced to multiple other booking platforms, including Air BnB, Stayz and Booking.com

  • Design of property Guides for guests

  • Development of maintenance schedules with owners and oversight of maintenance crew

  • Oversight of cleaning and laundry and development of tailored cleaning guides for housekeeping team

  • Emergency repairs and 24/7 service from our local team

  • Administration - handle all guest enquiries, bookings and cancellations

  • Bookkeeping and trust management reporting - provide monthly and yearly EOFT reports through Property. Trust reporting software.
