The Welsh Congregational Church, Maldon was built in 1863 and has recently undergone a thoughtful transformation into
a luxurious, two bedroom light filled retreat. Original soaring timber ceilings, modern Scandinavian furnishings, Bedouin Societie Linen, Aspar bath products and a Jotul Wood Fire make this the ideal indulgent goldfields retreat.
Two separate bedrooms. Perfect for couples or friends. Children and pooches are welcome by arrangement.

Maldon, the jewel of the central Victorian goldfields beckons and there is much to explore locally if you can bear to leave this restful enclave. The main street is just a short walk away. Castlemaine is a 15 minute drive or catch the Victorian Goldfields Railway steam train that leaves twice weekly.
